   the Watermark the most of the times appear co´s ur software is a trial version if u buy the full version or cack the une u have the problem will be solve

   Diffrent converter have diffrent function.The converter can do the job.So,if you really want to get rid of the watermark.you can try another vidoe converter,like ifunia vidoe converter,aneesoft Video Converter…..http://www.ifunia.com/video-converter-mac.html(some detials and some guides)
